Hello and welcome to the Seaside Family Health Care. If you would like to inquire about my practice model or about our services please use the contact information provided below. I will do my very best to reply to you within 24 hours but please allow up to 72 hours for my response. It is my desire to attend to you immediately but response time may vary depending on how busy I am attending to my current patient's needs.
CLINIC HOURS
Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am to 6 pm. Friday-Sunday we are closed. Voicemail and refill lines are checked after hours and on holidays. Lourie is always on call and for elderly and physically disabled, I may make house calls if I am available.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
The clinic will celebrate SIX years of service on July 18, 2024! We are open to primary, walk-in care, and behavioral health as well as those struggling with addiction.
